Moving sections can be tricky. However, it does work.
You must first enable editing to move sections or activities from within the nav drawer on the left side.
Then, hover the mouse cursor over the text and towards the "move" icon at the far right of the section/activity text.
Click and hold the left mouse button and drag the element up or down based on your requirements.
Let go of the button when you want to drop the element.
